Adrienne Camp and Brandy Joachim in Patient/Family Relations won't let me talk to doctor/PA who can explain how mom died. My brother and I were out of state and unaware she was in critical condition, with my stepdad at 90 saying she was to be discharged the following day. We do everything according to their rules, within the parameters of their system, and are brushed off and offered only one doctor to meet with who wasn't there when she deteriorated and then died. DO NOT USE MASS GENERAL BRIGHAM Primary care physicians are not accepting new patients anywhere in their system and have not in FOUR YEARS. Why they would sign up new patients only to be told they need a PCP referral to see a specialist is anyone's guess. Is it gross administrative and operational ineptitude, or good old fashioned malfeasance? Once they get your money and information (to sell?) you're on your own!
I scheduled a virtual urgent care appointment for 6:40pm and filled out all the necessary paperwork, but the doctor I was supposed to meet with never started the meeting. I was hoping they were just running a little behind so I keep the tab open for almost 4 hours and no one ever got on the call, nor was I contacted about them having to cancel my appointment for whatever reason. I’m also not sure if I was charged for this “appointment” that never actually happened.
I had a lot of pain in my stomach. I arrived at the hospital by ambulance. I had to wait 5 hours to be treated. During those 5 hours they didn't give me anything for the pain. They had me sitting in a chair all night. It was the worst experience in that place. They treated me very badly. Racists
The most terrible hospital in Boston..I go for emergency and they call me wait for an hour say that in front of me still got 7 people and within 2 and the half hour no one get be call and check up..and all the doctor playing their phone talking around..imagine if you got the seriously sickness or you fainted they even don’t care..cause THIS IS MASS GENERAL BRIGHAM.. most of my friend already get too much lesson from this stupid hospital..not recommend for this hospital..this hospital will cure you when you going to die
