If you make an appointment for "annual eye exam" that is covered by your insurance in full, you would expect for it to get covered in full, because the provider will know "oh this dude is in for an annual eye exam" so do the stuff that is covered by that annual eye exam. Right? No! I had to cough up $251.63 after my visit. I’m pregnant and I had my appointment at 10a and arrived 20 min early to check in because I respect everyone’s time and I don’t want to delay everyone’s time. Waited for almost 3 hr there and I didn’t see the doctor yet at that point. So I came up to his fellow or assistant to ask. She was with an emotionless face answered me that’s normal here. I was there with my husband for his appointment we waited three hours for an eye exam because Dr Lee was two hours behind of her schedule. I don’t recommend her to anyone. Making your patients wait for that long is not acceptable!

Grandfather came to the eye department and had an scheduled appointment at 1:30pm. He was held in the waiting room for over an hour, and did not checkout until after 4 pm. Doctors here are inconsiderate of patients time. Absolutely ridiculous. Do better!
