I’m pregnant and I had my appointment at 10a and arrived 20 min early to check in because I respect everyone’s time and I don’t want to delay everyone’s time. Waited for almost 3 hr there and I didn’t see the doctor yet at that point. So I came up to his fellow or assistant to ask. She was with an emotionless face answered me that’s normal here. I was there with my husband for his appointment we waited three hours for an eye exam because Dr Lee was two hours behind of her schedule. I don’t recommend her to anyone. Making your patients wait for that long is not acceptable!
Grandfather came to the eye department and had an scheduled appointment at 1:30pm. He was held in the waiting room for over an hour, and did not checkout until after 4 pm. Doctors here are inconsiderate of patients time. Absolutely ridiculous. Do better!
