I was there with my husband for his appointment we waited three hours for an eye exam because Dr Lee was two hours behind of her schedule. I don’t recommend her to anyone. Making your patients wait for that long is not acceptable!
Grandfather came to the eye department and had an scheduled appointment at 1:30pm. He was held in the waiting room for over an hour, and did not checkout until after 4 pm. Doctors here are inconsiderate of patients time. Absolutely ridiculous. Do better!
As always an excellent experience. Wonderful nurses, clinical staff and Dr Miller.
