I went to Mass Eye and Ear because if it’s excellent reputation. I waited seven months for the appointment. Dr. Meeker was anything but helpful. They have you on an assembly line type treatment. I never knew if I was being treated by an assistant, nurse or the doctor. They dilated my eyes and I have been in pain ever since. No one explained why this was done? Please read the entire review so you will understand what you're getting yourself into.....For a regular eye exam to get new glasses once a year, I am sure they are fine. If you have progressive vision problems (example macular degeneration, Retinitis pigmentosa, ) this is NOT the place for you. I have had major changes in my vision and they are unable to provide a timely appointment. Even with the major sudden changes, the best they can do for an appointment is months out.
