On 7/20/20 I had an Appt. at Mass Eye & Ear at their new Bridgewater, MA location. After a short Covid wait, I was directed to enter the Bldg. with mask and I was promptly escorted to a treatment room to fill out some paperwork. Dr. Namiranian soon came in and examined my ears. I had been having difficulty understanding conversation and TV dialog. Dr. Namiranian found a wax build-up in both ears and painlessly removed it all. Right away I could hear appreciably better.
