Outstanding customer service backed by a wealth of knowledge!! Mass Diving is the place to go if you need gear, training, or travel.
Just completed my Open Water certification and the instructors and dive masters were extremely helpful and good with even the slowest of us. They made the whole experience from "what is this regulator you speak of?" to the final dive in 48 degree water with 5 ft visibility was great. I highly recommend learning here!
Beware if you buy from Mass Diving, that if you just might want to return the item they will charge 10% restocking. Laura McCallion claimed the bank would charge that for refunding which is nonsense. No bank charges that much for using cc. We bought mask and snorkel. In Bonaire found that there is a full face mask that is the talk of the snorkelers. Works great. Cost almost half what we paid MD for mask and snorkel.Lucky we did not use them.Laura said they did not carry it because vendor wanted min order of 25. Dumb on MD pa... read more

Best and most helpful dive shop I've been to. The employees are so kind, friendly and well informed. If you wan't to take classes or learn how to dive, defiantly take them with Jim, Peter, Carol, and Laura. I've learned so much talking to all of them before I became certified. They get really personable and help you with the perfect equipment that you need. I would and have recommended anyone to come here. Best retail experience I've encounter!
Just got back from an epic dive trek to Sipadan. Carol totally styled us out for the trip. She is super knowledgeable and very accommodating. Mass Diving's inventory of new and rental gear is second to none. I highly recommend this shop. Eat, sleep, dive.
