DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The cleaning was supposed to happen on October 9th, with an arrival window between 2-4pm. At 3:30pm I got a call from the technician saying they wouldn't arrive until 6pm. I have a toddler, that wasn't going to work. So I rescheduled for the following Friday, Oct 16th, between 9-11am. At 10:30am on the 16th I got a call from the technician saying they wouldn't arrive until 1:30pm. Again, that really wasn't going to work.
