I bought a Groupon a while back and it was a great price for the quality service. It was quite an impressive machine! Next time our carpets get that bad I know who I'm calling. Thank you!
Deplorable service. Very late for scheduled appointments, areas serviced still had stains and did not appear clean, highly unprofessional and reprehensible customer service. Waste of money.
Mass Carpet Care took care of our carpets and did it in a timely manner. Gordy himself actually came out which was great. We have 2 dogs. And after he finished, our house looked and smelled better than when we moved in! Plus their pricing was WELL worth it for 2 formal living rooms, a staircase and hallway landing! Would definitely recommend Gordy's company and I will call on them again for future jobs!!
