I requested an appointment for 10am wanting long small knotless braids. The owner of shop told me to come at noon instead. When I arrived, I had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes before the owner started on my hair. She stated I couldn’t get knotless due to the current condition of my hair but she will do boho box braids. I have been taking my daughter to Mass for years now, she's reasonably priced, has plenty of availability, is easy to schedule with/work with, and does excellent work!!! I did take off 1 star because whomever in the shop does my teenager's hair, she is constantly complaining of headaches afterwards, I do appreciate how long her style lasts before getting frizzy but a couple of times, her hair was so tight the braid fell right off of her scalp! mass is happy to loosen up on the tightness of my girls braids if I remind Mass at... read more

Really unprofessional made a appointment through text message the day before get to the shop no one is there when I texted the owner to ask what was going on she just said she's not at the shop and to try back later
