After going through the reviews, my respects to those with good experiences. Sadly ours isn't the case. Aside from one female front office staff, we were met with nothing but incompetence. If there is one thing I can't tolerate is a practice with zero communication skills. With a set appt at 1015am this past Saturday, nobody showed. Our daughter was in discomfort and we had questions, but never imagined we would be left waiting. My opinion, go elsewhere, don't waste your time with this practice.
We’ve had a fantastic experience with this practice. They were able to see us the next day after we first called. The entire staff are so sweet and kind, the office is very kid-friendly, fantastic bedside manner. You can tell they really care about the kiddos.
Después de buscar ayuda por un largo tiempo di con el consultorio del Doctor Maspons, y desde el trato de su staff de oficina, sus asistentes médicos y NP todo ha sido amabilidad y servicio. Y el doctor es uno de los doctores más dedicados y súper atinado su diagnóstico desde un principio, además de tomarse el tiempo de responder cualquier pregunta que tanto yo como mi hijo tenemos. Siempre agradecida con todos.
Recomendadisimo excelente Doctor super profesional siempre atento al cuidado de mi hijo, creo que no pudimos llegar a mejores manos
