Dr Maspons is an amazing doctor he is taking care of my daughter for the past two years and has been influential in her treatment. The Office staff has been amazing. Gets back to us right away. Best G.I. doctor for children in town.
The office staff is amazing. Dr. Maspons is very thorough and he does a great job on figuring out what the problem is and treating it. He is amazing and has a wonderful bedside manner and explains everything in detail.
My son is 3 1/2 months old. We live 4 hours away, but went ahead and made an appointment in order to get to the bottom of his tummy issues. In hindsight, I should’ve called to make sure the appointment was confirmed but instead I assumed they would make sure that there would be no issues considering we live so far away and my son is so young. We love Dr Maspons and his bed side manner as well as his take on GI issues but there is consistently no follow through with my child’s care from the staff. People say they will call for follow testing but never do. I follow up and am told they don’t have what is needed yet, that they will call me. It’s been 6 months. My son has very serious Crohn’s disease and it is simply unacceptable. I have also texted on the doc app with no response.
