mower repair customers BEWARE !!!!! I brought my mower, John Deere and asked these folks to go through it and give it a tune up. oil change , spark plug, basic cleaning where it needed. they said it was complete and I picked it up 413.93 dollars later. used it for about 15 minutes and the belt broke. brought it back and got THE BELT IT NEEDED, not the cheap belt that was installed the first time. started mowing and got about half my front yard done and it QUIT on me. would not start back up again. This is a sorry excuse for an auto parts store. I went to buy a gocart chain the guy that cut it cut it too short so I took it back. After I stood there waiting the older man looked at me like I was a idiot and went in the back and grabbed some chain links and threw em on the counter and said. That's all I can do for you....so it's safe to say after 15.00 for a gocart chain that was held together with 2 master links that he knew wouldn't work the gocart sits in my yard once again.. thanks for nothing I will never come back o... read more
