Don't do it! TERRIBLE service, unreliable business, and rude owner. We talked to Charlene to verify services as we live out of state. She quoted us processing on our elk and shipping it to us. We paid the processing up front with the understanding that they would ship 100 lbs for $200 with us paying FedEx over the phone on the day the shipping was done.
