Absolutely love this place! The Traxxas we got is amazing. They always have the parts we need! The customer service is excellent!!!
Honestly first time walking in today First impression was some lady sitting behind the counter on her phone Didn’t acknowledge or say anything ( I was the only one in there ) to note When I asked a question I got a short and snippy response and no guidance or help This place only sell Traxxis so if you have anything else don’t bother I’m fully surprised this place is still open
Just stopped by this Saturday. Im fairly new to scale model cars, I just started back building them a few weeks ago. When I stopped by to get some paint the staff was very welcoming and informative. A customer helped me a lot with telling me things I can do to improve my builds. This is a great place to buy from. I love supporting small businesses, from now on I will skip my trip to hobby lobby and head straight to Masons for my modeling supplies. 20/10 would recommend to anyone new or old to the hobby. Friendly atmosphere and very knowledgeable about the stuff they carry. They also have a couple of traxxas drones. With a good variety of traxxas rc parts on hand.
