Hello Trevin, I am sorry for the misinformation that you received, and you should not have been told 20 minutes. We were on a 45-60 minute wait on Friday and Saturday night, and due to limited seating because of COVID regulations, wait times do go up because of this reason. it was good the fries weren't cooked enough or just suppose too be hard. my husband loved the pepperoni pizza. next time we go like to try the Buffalo wings or dry rub. never had pickles carrots so it might be ok
