HAD GLASS BLOCK WINDOW INSTALLED IN WINDOW WELL TO STOP WATER COMING INTO BASEMENT. IT STOPPED SOME OF THE RAIN COMING IN BUT NOT ALL. YOUR INSTALLER CAME BACK AND TRIED TO STOP THE LEAK BUT IT DIDN'T. MICHAEL THEN CAME AND REALLY WORKED ON IT AND FINALLY SUCCEEDED. GREAT JOB. RON AYLWARD
