Got a bad product (Ardex feather finish: was clumping instead of smoothing out like self leveling concrete). Tried to return the two extra bags because it was so bad. “Returns not accepted on sundries so we can guarantee the product” - even though I specifically told the previous cashier I’d like to buy an extra bag and return it if it was too much (why didn’t she tell me about the return policy then??). It wasn’t too much, it was just a terrible product, so where’s the guarantee? Honestly just go to Home Depot.
Didn’t accept the return on powder grout the day after it was purchased. I can understand no returns on the premix stuff but powder? Not impressed.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. As a contractor it's nice to work with a company that is professional and on top of everything.
Wry professional and friendly people here. They tried to make sure that I had all the items needed for my project. Great selection
