Whoever did Fingerprinting on 9/10 around 2 has an attitude problem. I already waited over an hour (really not a problem) but when getting my picture done he kept huffing and puffing telling me to sit up straight when the real problem was I was out of frame, he even rolled his eyes at me. Another person who was also getting their fingerprints had to come in and move the chair and fix the actual issue.
I would rate this nursing home ZERO stars if i could. Every time i come to see my mother she’s being neglected. The staff is terrible they do not care for their patients. I’ve called multiple times and even spoke to HR about this and nothing is being done. This is very frustrating and honestly disappointing. DO BETTER MASONIC.

My mother as a child was raised at this property between 1920s-30s. While living at Wiley Hall 2009. In 2010 she fell backwards hurting her spine and moved to the main Hospital building. The day staff were excellent. The nite crew were Not So Good. Over time Jewelry and other personal property went missing. I had meetings with Executive Staff with complaints.
