Sad to say it’s a very poorly run facility. Administration has no idea what goes on and when confronted with issues respond with “ then go somewhere else”.Maybe the “new masons” can help. For all current and future residents I hope the new group of overseers get a handle on the staff and care. It’s clean and “looks” fabulous until you are a resident. Understaffed, CNAs on day shift are fabulous and work hard, evening staff majority spend on their phones and have attitudes, nights there are no CNAs and maybe one LPN covering ... read more
