I would rate this nursing home ZERO stars if i could. Every time i come to see my mother she’s being neglected. The staff is terrible they do not care for their patients. I’ve called multiple times and even spoke to HR about this and nothing is being done. This is very frustrating and honestly disappointing. DO BETTER MASONIC.
My mother as a child was raised at this property between 1920s-30s. While living at Wiley Hall 2009. In 2010 she fell backwards hurting her spine and moved to the main Hospital building. While my Dad was a patient for a very short time, many times I witnessed his caregivers treat him with kindness, respect, compassion and a gentleness that went above and beyond their job descriptions. His comfort and well-being were the caregivers' top priority when attending to my Dad's needs, even when he was having a bad day/moment and letting everyone know about it. I highly recommend Masonic Care when choosing care for your loved one.
Been here to bring cookies to the residents but most of them were very rude and some were pretty creepy as well.
