You are a person not a number. She takes time with you and explains everything. Very thorough.
Very nice, but extremely difficult to get an appointment in a reasonable time frame for common flu to more serious conditions. Had to rely on drug store clinics as a temporary provider. Errors in reporting when making referrals, incomplete care for injury, medication (asthma) withheld.
I’ve been going to her for almost 20 years. She’s prompt, patient and professional. She’s very accommodating and knowledgeable. I trust her with all my healthcare needs, she really is the best!
I've been a patient of Dr. Mason-Zied for many years. I find her to be warm and caring. She listens carefully and manages my health care with amazing accuracy using the newest technology including genetic testing. I have total trust in her. Her staff is always friendly and caring and my wait times are always minimal. As a nurse I am very picky about choosing a primary care doctor. She is one of the best.
Called the office to schedule an appointment. The receptionist gave me the wrong address that they have in their system for me, only to found out I was terminated from the practice for owing a balance. I didn't know about the balance because they had the wrong address. I pay my bills correctly and on time. Would gladly have paid what I owe had I been contacted. They don't even give you a chance to sort anything out. Not a very good bedside manner, either. Will take my family elsewhere.
I am not a person that goes to the doctor often. Therefore, I had moved since seeing my last Doctor. Figuring after 5 years or more, I should go for a physical, I called Mason-Zied's office for an appointment. BE FOREWARNED! Make sure they are scheduling you for a physical. I got coded as a new patient office visit. My insurance will NOT cover that. However, physicals are covered. The doctor's office now claims a complete physical was not performed and I cannot get anyone to call me back.
