I was looking for a way to contact them besides calling and there’s no way to do that. I put a message on their website few weeks ago and still waiting for their response. Not sure if it was sent or not because I tried today again and it said “error sending email” I look forward to hearing from TriHealth.

Jennifer Welte conducts guessing games with treatment then blames the patient when the treatment doesn't work. Her bedside manner is not the greatest, very "what do you want, ok now leave" type of attitude. Pain management is serious and it leads to depression for many, just wish she cared more for her patients and really put in an effort to eliminate or reduce pain. This is a really convenient location for TriHealth in Mason. They have designated parking which makes it nice. The staff here are very helpful and there's a good variety of doctors available.
Dr. Salem and all the employees are very kind. The building hosts a few businesses. Parking is sufficient.
