Yes My Mother was contacted by office management to come see an apartment an that a office representative named Mercedes would show it at day & time and once we got their said Mercedes gave my Mother an Agrresive attitude being that she is a senior her superior apologized on her behalf which I said wasn't necessary because it was Mercedes who needed to apologize for her aggressive unprofessional behavior so hopefully they'll retrain her on how to deal with the public and I should be doing a written complaint on Mercedes so n... read more
I just moved here from another area in the city and I honestly can say that this property is well kept compared from the place I just moved from. The apartment is spacious and clean and I like the fact that I have an air conditioner. The manager is a bubbly cool lady and very friendly. I can't believe that I had a restful sleep here which is something I haven't had in four years.
Apartments are nice at first glance but than once you look around there is mold, ac is always acting up, rent keeps going up but matinence is always busy, finding a parking space is a fight, and if you ask for something to be done it takes months before they even send someone to even check what needs to be done only for them to look at it than call somebody else to fix it months later.
A friend of mine got beautiful apartment there
