I have been living at Mason School Apartments for two weeks now, and the staff and residents are very friendly. They have a crew doing some updates and remolding which looks amazing. I highly recommend this community!
These apartments are sooo pretty- they are in an old school building, but have been completely refinished to feel modern. High ceilings, upscale finishes and the best part is Tony- he was so helpful and genuine while renting the apartment. Truly one of the best rental experiences!
I don't know how much the rent is here, but the units are all completely renovated and very nice. The building itself was built in 1888 and it is really cool. The inside of the building is beautiful and so are the apartments.
There is a lot of problems in these apartments. I can list nearly 10 things bad about these apartments. First, there is a lot of trash laying around in the halls, their manager is never there, the neighbors cooks terrible food that always stink up the halls all the time, there's this one neighbor that always leave their kids alone on a constant basis, one time they left the oven on with the kids inside and had the whole place smoking, etc.
