The Mason Team does it again! This is the second roof they’ve done for us (rental property this time) and once again it was a seamless process from start to finish. They walked me through every step of the process from insurance to install. Their honesty and commitment to a quality job put them at the head of the pack of the roofing game.

Amy & her crew went above and beyond when repairing my roof. She communicated diligently with our insurance company and relieved us of all the stress of back to back phone calls. Amy was at the job site throughout the entire project. Her crew handled our come with respect and care. They did a great job with clean up. She even took the effort and stayed after the crew left to ensure our home was completely clear of all debris. Mason roofing is by far the most professional construction company I have ever encountered.
Outstanding customer service!! Highly recommend!! Amy is so friendly, knowledgeable, patient, very helpful navigating insurance, and communicates well! The guys that did the roof work were professional and did an outstanding job. They took their time prepping the area around house, including covering my pool, and cleaning up to ensure no debris was left behind. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!
