I’m 35 years old and Dr Mason Sr has been my dentist my entire life (sorry if that shows your age or makes you feel old dr mason)!! Dr Mason is not only an Amazing dentist, but he is family and he has a great staff and son following in his footsteps!

Dr. Ricky Mason has proven to be incompetent as a Dental Consultant for TennCare DentaQuest. His ability to investigate, analyze facts, and make justifiable findings are inept. I will be filing a complaint with the professional licensing board, as he has cause me significant harm in failing to rise to the appropriate standard of medical care as it relates to his professional opinion, which weighed heavily in an erroneous decision.
