After my doctor retiring I wound up here with Dr Katie Ryan and have officially decided to never go back. My husband goes to this clinic with another doctor who has been great but Dr Ryan has been dismissive of my issues from the start and after recommending I come in for preventative screening after our office visit, I booked for a month later to receive said screening. Very disappointed with the professionalism of the person answering the phones. Called to inquire about new patient services and it was clear they are not interested in adding patients. As she put it, its more work to remove they are accepting new patients then to just tell me to my face.
If I could give a zero I would. The quality of medicine has gone down since Dr Ken retired. The two doctors they assigned to take over my care I wouldn’t suggest to my worst enemy
I’ve been going here for a little while now. I always leave feeling like the doctor listened to what I said, and immediately thought “this persons unstable. They don’t know what they need. I know what they need.” I understand you are a doctor. However when I tell you I was doing the best on these three specific types of medication, and that I’d like to get back to that, your solution should not be to throw random new medications at me from different classes.
