My appointment was at 4:00 and I arrived at 3:40 and checked in. I was taken back for X-rays a little after 4:00, then back to the waiting room. I waited in the waiting room for another 30 minutes then was taken to an exam room, where I waited another 15 min to see the doctor. My appointment was for a minor issue, but I was there for over an hour. I have seen other doctors at the Monroe and Athens offices, but was always seen and out in less than 30-45 minutes.
