Close communication then all of a sudden none at all. Called corporate, no return calls. The lady at corporate said she didn’t even see my HELOC application on file. I started it two months ago!!!! There is no excuse for lack of communication. Totally disappointed
Completely unproffesional staff at the Brentwood, Ca location. Making promises on refinance loans and didn’t even mail the documents to the right address. Started the process in March and have been promised to close every month since April.
During the 2009 housing crisis I needed a mortgage to buy a house. Even though I had excellent credit I had problems getting a loan. Mason-McDuffie arranged the loan when the other lenders I tried couldn't. I found Mason-McDuffie to be honest, reliable, and helpful, and I have refinanced with them since then. I am checking them out on BBB so I can refinance again.
