The property manager, Unique, is refusing to repair or replace the heat/ac unit in my daughter's apartment. They've said the unit is so old they can't get a new one, so they are looking for an old one to put in. They have offered nothing in rent, not even to get them a window unit to give them hear or air and it's been over a month. Fire department has been there twice and the city is now fining them $100 a day and they still don't care. RUN!!!
