I just purchased from them in dec. And by the end of January the necklace i bought my child, was broken. It was a jade necklace with gold lettering on it. The gold lettering fell off. I wrote tons of emails and jn different platforms, finally I get a response and holly told me that it happens when its exposed to water, heat, etc. Point blank, save your money. Don't buy cheaply made products from these people. I was looking forward to buying from them again but not after this
Amazing experience visting with Jeff and Kristina. We purchased a beautiful jade bracelet and we learned so much about the history, classifications and types of jade. We were shown beautiful examples of jade products and the experience was truly incredible. Jeff and Kristina were so nice and kind to take time to allow us to get our perfect jade bracelet.
Wonderful company. I sent in a pendant to see about selling to Mason Kay. Unfortunately, it wound up being a dyed piece and I wasn't able to sell to them (They do not deal in dyed jade. I had not known it was dyed previous to this). However, I can not praise them enough at this company. They were very quick, kind, professional, patient and respectful. Update. So they did send an email back to me. It went to my spam and I just never saw it. I apologize for my earlier review. Sadly now though they told me they had no interest in buying my jade
I'm doing a three star review because I've filled out the form to sell my jade for over a week or two. All I've gotten back is an email from them telling me to fill out the same form! No email back, no calls..nothing. I very much want to sell my jade....
