Last summer Dr. Maser completely ignored my concerns and went on to joke about them. It seems like he can't stop making inappropriate comments to his patients, as others seem to have had this same experience since my visit.
I accidentally went to this practise as I had mistakenly thought this was the practise I had booked an appointment at. We are new to America (an Australian family) and the receptionist was so incredibly rude and unhelpful. So much so, I walked and and cried uncontrollably and my husband and two kids had to console me. A little bit of kindness, a smile and some compassion would have been great instead of the rude, unkind person that greeted me.

We are very sorry that this was your experience in one of our clinics. Our Operations Manager is investigating the issue and will counsel with the receptionist that you encountered. Thank you for letting us know of your experience.
