My mother's last two days were made even worse because her hearing aids came up missing the first night she was there. The hearing aids were our only way to communicate with her, and that was taken from us. The quality care they boast about was certainly missing for our family.
Having visited as a volunteer, both the residents and the staff have been so kind and caring. They really show you the true meaning of love and peace. The facility itself is clean and has a feeling that makes me feel at home. The residents there seem so happy, and the staff treat them like family!
This place is an amazing facility and provides a wonderful atmosphere :)
Best place hands down!!!
