The landlord is really understanding and nice and the maintenence man is really nice and makes sure everything is ok and fixes stuff quick if it breaks I couldn't ask for anybody else

This property has had a total transformation. I visit the property for my position in home health. Maintenance and office manager are both helpful and professional. Definitely holding Woda to a 5 star.
Love the maintenance guy they have now. Robert is a fair and honest guy who is always on top of getting maintenance orders done. And same goes for the manager Celina of the property. They both always goes out of their was to help everyone. Also great you with a friendly smile.
The maintenance guy is very professional and always on the Job.He doesn't show any difference between the residents.He is in my opinion the best maintenance guy that mason green has had in an extremely long time.He is quick to get the job done.
