The property manager that we have now is the best one we have had in the 5 years that we have lived here. She goes out of her way to make sure she puts work orders in and if something needs replaced she is on it! She is very friendly and respectful. If you’re having issues she works with you to the fullest extent! She is one of the only reasons we are still here!
At Mason Green apartments the property manager I feel goes out of her way to help and assist the tenants she always has a friendly hello and honestly cares about each tenant she has put on actives for the property to bring the tenants together. I have been to other properties that the property manager didn’t care at all about the property or its tenants. So I’m very thankful that we have a property manager that cares and it’s just not a paycheck to her. Thanks a very happy tenant
The property manager cares more about power than helping the residents. She does not like dogs & has harassed me for years over my emotional support dogs. The maintenance man just sprayed a bottle of Dawn on my yard over a complaint called into the health department, which I called, and no such complaint was ever made. He lies. She lies. You don't want to live here.
