Customer service is terrible. Their website states orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Emails will be answered within 48 hours. Neither of those have happened. I’ve been waiting a week and still haven’t received a response from three different emails I have sent, nor anything about my order, other than I placed it and paid for it the day of.
Terrible customer service! Placed an order over a month ago and I reached out asking about a shipping update. They responded and said they would get that to me the next day. Never got a shipping update. Had to email again requesting a refund or shipping update. I ordered from this shop several years ago and had a similar experience. I thought I would give them another try because they have super cute clothes, but I absolutely will not ever buy from them again!! Ridiculous!!
