Fortress Store and Lock is the WORST storage facility I have ever used. After temporarily downsizing I stored living room furniture, small appliances and a few boxes of decorations in a storage unit for 8 months. Sometime between June 2009-Aug 2009 the roof leaked... not just a little water. I had boxes with 6+ inches of water in them. I contacted the property manager who stated "they are not responsible for damaged items". THEIR ROOF LEAKED! Essentially youre paying for NOTHING.
