I thought Thelma was excellent. She really helped my family resolve some issues. She is direct and to the point. She really cares and is there to help find resolution. She knows how to move things forward even if it’s uncomfortable, sometimes.
The counselors who have assisted various members of my family have been wonderful and have helping with over coming fears, shame and rebuilding relationships. If you are actively seeking a counselor this is the place.
I have found that the receptionist never calls back. The first time I called and left a message, she didn't call back. I had to call back to make she got the message and her excuse was that she was in a meeting all morning. I called to cancel an appointment and had to leave a message again. It says they'll get back to you within 8 hours. Days went by, she never called me back. She also never called to tell me our counselor had left the practice.
