RecommendedWhat a great experience I just had with this company. I was relieved to be told that I did not have termites. I was so sure. The tech came in, did his inspection and declared me clear. He didn't even try to talk me into any contracts. Refreshing.

Over the phone Roy said it sounded like "bird mites" and quoted a price. When the person came out he didn't know what they were it how to treat them but took "samples"with him. They never called me back. I finally called them and Roy said I do not treat bird mites! When I reminded him that I had already been quoted a price for treatment he got upset and hung up on me!! What a bait and switch job. N E V E R use them...as this was from a friend's referral sad to say.
Today I saw that we have swarmer termites! Automatically I freaked out because I hate bugs! I knew what they were so I looked up exterminators in my area and Masons was the first one I saw so I called them! Mike came out not even 30 minutes after I had called and he was very professional! Definitely put my mind at ease when I learned this particular termite does not do damage. Thank you Mike for coming so quickly and putting our minds at ease! � � ��� ��
