Some of my stuff has water damage. I had an outside wall that leaked into my unit. I contacted them and they did nothing. The owner never even returned my calls. The girl running it was rude and told me I should’ve had insurance on my stuff. For the amount you pay there, they should cover damage and you should not have to worry about water damage.
Brand new facility! Usually 1-2 patrons are there. Bad cell service.
