⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible Customer Service – Preston is a True Pro! I had a fantastic experience with Mason Dixon BBQ Services, specifically with Preston. I was dealing with a tricky warranty situation for a Large Big Green Egg purchased back in 2008. The original dealer went out of business years ago, and I didn't have a receipt. After working directly with Big Green Egg corporate, they emailed me the warranty approval barcodes. Employees were helpful, friendly and nice. They carry a large selection of rubs, seasonings and bbq sauces. Also have some middle tp high end smoker's and pellet grills and Big Green Egg accessories. If you are into BBQ, its worth the trip.
Excellent service! They secured us a hard to find Yoder smoker. Delivered smoker, pellets and accessories within a week of ordering. Very professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
The team at Mason-Dixon BBQ has always been outstanding. Only place that I will go for my barbecue needs. Honestly cannot say enough about the store and its staff. Highly recommended.
