Theresa and Steve and everyone at Mason Co. PUD are without a doubt, some of the most accommodating and thorough group of people I have ever worked with. I was having a problem with one of the streetlights in our neighborhood and they came out to fix it THAT day. Theresa called today and asked how it was working for us. They give great customer service. They responded to many electrical issues at my house, often in the middle of the night and in all kinds of weather. They got my main line in from hwy 101 replaced and a new transformer. I am so grateful for their help and expertise in resolving my electrical problems.
