Looks like they dont fix or clean properties before showing them to future renters! Wish i had gotten a picture of the refrigerator it looked moldy 🤢 These pictures show a very scratches up door another with stickers and a dirty vent which all were like that. Heard they are strict to who they rent the same should be with keeping up with their properties!
I have rented here for two years. The office staff have been so kind and always helpful. Never had an issue getting maintenance, they usually come same or next day. We recommend Mason and Company to any renters.
My mom just rented from them All I can say from our experience is that the Harlingen office the best, they helped my mom get into her apartment. They went above and beyond to help her get her apt. They are amazing and highly recommended them to all my family and friends🤗
