Despite the other reviews, I had a great experience with Trevor. I asked him to do an appraisal in a few business days, which he did. I was able to get it cheaper than other people were quoting me, and I got a 23 page report to send off to the mortgage company to remove the PMI. The price came right where I expected.

I paid for an appraisal to get my payment insurance reduced. When I asked to obtain a copy of the appraisal, Travis refused to give me a copy, even though I paid for it. So, I had to obtain a copy of the appraisals from the mortgage company, and it surprised me quite a bit as to how the appraiser was lower then the very same townhouse next door that was sold 7 months ago, and mine was not only in better condition, but had upgrades next door does not. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Appraiser does the appraisal based off of specs of square footage and not by actual quality of work done on the house. In a recent house we built, we did over 70k in upgrades and he appraised it at the same amount as a standard house w/ very little in upgrades, 20k at most. Our appraisal came in below the cost to build our house and messed up a lot of things with the loan. Travis Mason came off as a know it all and very arrogant.
