Call in the afternoon and he showed in about fifteen minutes. Very knowledgeable on the system. We discussed the situation and came up with a plan. When the wrong part arrived, he went above and beyond by driving to Frederick to get the correct part and installed it that same day. I would highly recommend him.
I have used Donnie for the past 6 years. Initially when I started using him, my units were 10 years old and blew cold air on defrost in heating season and had leak after leak that 2 previous companies couldn't fix. Donnie fixed all that including wiring them correctly. About 3 year after his fix, I had Donnie replace both of these units with more efficient ones at a very fair price - doing the same professional job as always.
