I’ve been seeing Ali Mohsen, the Physio at Masnad who I’ve both known personally and professionally. I usually go in to see him with major neck/shoulder pain, including previously a disk issue. I always come out relieved and with sustainable long-term guidance. Ali speaks to me about the mechanism of what is happening, what is causing the pain, how he will address the concern and also long term solutions and strategies to both relieve long term stressors and to avoid the re-occurrence of the problem. Bad customer service, I booked a Hijama appointment and I was 10 mins late, no one called me to check if I’m coming or not, I left my work early but couldn’t make it on time. The physio was there and they didn’t allow me in. You need to work on your communication skills.
