We had an extremely negative experience with this company. After selling them an item, they returned a completely different item instead of the one we originally shipped. As a result, we lost both our product and the sale. We thoroughly document our inventory before shipment and were able to verify the discrepancy immediately upon receiving the return. Very unprofessional. I really had high hopes for this shop, given it was recommended to us several times. Our mechanic hardly responded to our calls and messages, which we would've overlooked because sometimes things can happen and people are busy but on top of this he left beer caps in our car trunk, installed a part without giving us a heads up beforehand, and when we finally received or car back, it had new minor damage on our front bumper.
