We use these guys for all our machines and they’ve been incredibly helpful to us - we would not have any our coffee shops if it weren’t for Shane!
I delivered my machine to the service several months ago, I received a phone call asking me to approve repairs, which I did. I was told it would be a few weeks before the machine was ready. This was several months ago. Their answering machine does not accept calls.
The team at Mask-Et was able to help me measure some parts for an old espresso machine that I was fixing up and get me alternative parts so I could get it running again. They were super helpful, quick and I would highly recommend giving them a call for any espresso machine needs
