Have been waiting over a year for test results for my granddaughter. They just texted me looking for more money. Ice water...hell.
DO NOT RECOMMEND. As someone else stated in the reviews, “No regard for appointments or your time. Testing that is questionable and not accurate. Scheduled a virtual appointment which they then did not attend and did not respond to calls/messages without significant delays and failing to acknowledge their mistake, even after we provided proof of the time they scheduled. Masino Mental Health Services has been a very good experience for me. I feel grateful to be a patient here. The staff is always receptive and responsive to anything I’ve ever needed, from scheduling, to paperwork/records assistance. User-friendly text/e-mail website is also a plus. As a veteran I’ve felt very comfortable here. Dr. Masino is very knowledgeable with military service, and veteran's issues. Is there a half star? What a disappointing experience! From when we first arrived for our long awaited appointment and the reception area was the least welcoming I've ever seen with a curtain so you can't see the people. All I saw when I went to sign in was people standing around talking to each other and snacking. Then we wait to see the Doctor and she explains how the testing goes but neglects to tell me the person administering it is very inexperienced and really not cut out for the job.
