I purchased my home using them14 years ago. The service was incredible so now that I am selling it I intend to list it with them
They speak Russian or Ukrainian. I like that because it is hard to find a realtor that speaks and understands you. The realtor was super nice, and showed me exactly the houses and the areas that I needed and liked. I got really good service! The office is really good, and located not far from the freeway.
I would not want to have our rent from them again. The person in the office is confrontational and unwilling to change .They back track in the office and place blame everywhere else,instead of just fixing your problems. They have cut corners and on repairs and when you need them to fix it again they do as little as possible for maintenance. They are not what I would want to refer to rent property from.
