Very unhappy in this company I would not recommend this company or their sister company "Splash" to my worst enemy. We purchased many bath and kitchen fixtures from this company only to find out this company was less than willing to assist or answer simple product questions. Their service after the sale is terrible! They do not understand the term "customer".
Hvac PROS ( prose) I have had first hand experience with most of the people that work at Masi and Splash. When my heat pump exploded this past summer they went out of their way to get a suitable replacement. When I have asked tough questions at splash Bob up there has always found the answers. I would and will do business with them again.
