I only have one star because it makes you! I was referred to this office by another doctor, they called me right away I schedule me for an appointment. We got the appointment all set up and I received the email confirmation. The day of my appointment since it was a video visit I received nothing and 15 minutes after my scheduled time I called and left a message since they wouldn't answer the phone. I would give a negative 10 starts if I could. This office is very unprofessional and mismanaged. They seem to wake up in a new world everyday. They rescheduled me 3 times then tried to schedule me with a Dr outside my covered network and told me I would have to self pay. They just argued with me and refused to help straighten things out. What a ridiculous way for a Dr office to do business. Stay away from this place... It's a joke!

Trying to make appointment THIRD day in the row.Every day on eternal Hold and finally gave up Since NOBODY answered the phone. UNACCEPTABLE; please hire extra person to answer phones otherwise you loosing potential clients.Very disappointing!
