I used this agency for a Worker's Comp policy. I notified the agent Sharon, on 11/13/25 that I would not be renewing the policy as I found a better carrier elsewhere with better terms. She acknowledged and I thought all was done. Today 12/31/25, my account got hit with an almost $2,000 charge from the very policy I told her was not being renewed.
