I contacted Heather, at Masi Insurance, at 3:45 pm on a Friday afternoon and she immediately started my new car insurance policy. She was friendly, informative and quick. Received my identification cards by email before 5 pm.
I have dealt with Masi for approximately 20 years….I have had different ladies from the office …Dawn, Elise, Christi, Michele, Amanda and Myra just to mention a few…I was always treated as though I was their. VIP client….if you want a top notch Insurance agent…call Masi’s!!
They’re amazing! Mayra Aldrich is the best. Her positive attitude helped go through all this. I saved a lotta money with her, and her costumer service is amazing.
Amanda is exceptionally rude, makes false statements and generally has no clue what she's doing. Based on her attitude, I'm surprised she still has a job.
