I am in the process of purchasing a town home and getting quotes for homeowner's and flood insurance on the property. I have spoken to a few different companies & agents, but C.J. Brown with Masi has been the very best! C.J. was very helpful and patient presenting me with multiple options to find what best suited my needs. Excellent customer service. I can highly recommend if you want an agent that listens and responds.

I used this agency for a Worker's Comp policy. I notified the agent Sharon, on 11/13/25 that I would not be renewing the policy as I found a better carrier elsewhere with better terms. She acknowledged and I thought all was done. Today 12/31/25, my account got hit with an almost $2,000 charge from the very policy I told her was not being renewed.
