I've been at since 2022 and this place has only gotten worse. It's run like a circus, there is no training for the students that are paid to work there and answer the phones or for the students that use the facilities, and they have no actual standards, even if they were planning on training anyone. From street shoes in the sauna to inconsistent equipment check-in/out procedures to facilites that are filthy and broken, this place has been an absolute dumpster fire, fuelled by the fee-dollars of the student body. Gym is great WHEN things work, cause when something breaks… expect it to be fixed after the semester is over or at the earliest a month after. Example, I am literally one of 5-10 people that use the giant hot tub which is dope but once it breaks I might as well just ignore it for the rest of the semester cause it ain’t coming back, and how does it even have a problem??? Nobody uses it so how does it malfunction when the pool is used all the time and is usually fine.
