I have purchased three items from the shop, a pair of earrings and two necklaces. They have each broken once, and I am repairing this necklace for the second time. The first time this happened I went to the shop and the salesperson told me they don't do any repairs in shop and I would have to send it out. It seems that the chains are just too thin, I would not recommend anything with a chain.

I got something for my girlfriend from here since the jewelry here is pretty unique. They use books to display their necklaces on, which is pretty cute and nifty.
